Information for authors

The official language of the IEEE ENERGYCON-2022 is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations, and discussions. Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published and is not under review elsewhere.


Papers must be submitted electronically, in PDF format. The size of the conference paper should be from 4 to 6 full A4 pages, prepared according to IEEE Conference Proceedings format.


At least one of the authors (presenting author) of each accepted paper is required to register, pay the participation fee and participate in the Conference. Each author can submit and present no more than 3 papers.


The IEEE ENERGYCON-2022 will implement a single-blind peer-review process. All submitted papers will be provided to three independent anonymous reviewers. All accepted papers and oral (or poster) presenting at the IEEE ENERGYCON-2022 will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases – Scopus, Web of Science and etc. “No-show” papers won’t be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Virtual participation is allowed.


Duration of oral presentation: 12 min.
Duration of plenary presentation: 35 min.

Paper upload

The organising committee highly recommends uploading papers (formatted by “IEEE template ISO A4”) through “EasyChair” service till February 21, 2022! In order to log in EasyChair page for the ENERGYCON conference, authors have to use the following link:

Those authors who already have an EasyChair account can use it for logging in the ENERGYCON conference. Other authors must create a new one. To do that, click on sign up for an account and enter your personal information. After the registration authors can log in EasyChair and get full information about the Conference upload system and upload full papers for revision.
